Before you ask.
What’s your minimum order?
While larger orders are more cost-effective, no order is too small. We’ll listen to what you need and recommend the most cost-effective way to make it happen.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the size and details of your order, but most projects are completed within 1-2 weeks. Need it sooner? Let us know. We have moved mountains to meet tight deadlines, though rush orders under one week may include an additional fee.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. Bring us a finished file, a rough sketch, an old shirt, a logo, or just an idea. We can help clean up artwork, prepare it for production, and figure out the best way to bring your design to life.
Can I bring my own garments?
It depends. There are some situations where we’re unable to work with customer-supplied garments, and in many cases it’s more cost-effective to have us provide them. The best thing is to reach out, let us know what you have, and we’ll help figure out the best path forward.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
We can deliver locally or ship your order directly to you. Let us know where it needs to go and we’ll help determine the best option.
